摘 要:42只健康豚鼠分为实验组和正常对照两组。实验组豚鼠头部处于自由状态,用铅锤以单摆方式打击其顶枕部,以建立脑震荡模型。37只豚鼠造成脑震荡26只,分别于打击后3、6、12、24、48、72h,1、2、3~4周处死。光镜和电镜检查发现,脑震荡豚鼠的脑组织存在广泛而显著改变,除神经细胞外神经纤维也见明显改变,于72h见典型收缩球,3~4周仍未消失;1周者可见胶质结节形成。正常对照组未见任何异常改变。本文并对脑震荡时脑组织改变,尤其是收缩球形成的发生机理作了讨论。Forty two healthy guinea pigs were divided into two groups:experimental and control. An experimental model of cerebral concussion was established by pendulum impactor striking to the heads of guinea pigs in a free state. Cerebral concussion ensued in 26 out of 37 guinea pigs, which were in turn killed 3、6、12、24、48、72 hours and 1、2、3~4weeks after the strike. Extensive and obvious changes were found in the brain tissues of 26 guinea pigs with cerebral concussion. In addition to the nerve cells, nerve fibers were affected as well. Typical retraction balls of axons were seen 72 hours after the strike and lasted for 4 weeks. Reaction gliosis appeared a week later. No changes were discovered in the control group. Changes in brain tissues after concussion are also discussed in this article, especially the morphogenesis of retraction balls.
