老年糖尿病高血压和冠心病患者尿液NAG和GAL活力测定的临床评价

摘　　要：应用速率法对老年糖尿病、高血压和冠心病患者尿液NAG和GAL进行了测定.结果老年糖尿病患者尿液NAG(25.97±8.58 U/g·Cr)和GAl.(17.07±5.33U/g·Cr)高于健康对照组(NAG20.10±5.61U/g·Cr,GAI.12.41±4.13U/g·Cr).老年高血压组NAG(25.42±10.17U/g·Cr).老年冠心病组NAG和GAL(24.80±7.81 U/g·Cr,15.21±5.82U/g·Cr)与对照组比较均有显著性差异.提示:老年糖尿病、高血压和寇心病患者都有不同程度的早期肾实质性损伤,尤以糖尿病患者更为明显.NAG and GAL activities in urine were determined in the aged with diabetes, hypertension and coronary heart disease by using rate test. The results indicated that the urinary NAG and GAL activities in the aged with diabetes (25. 97±8. 58 U/g. cr; 17. 07±5. 33 U/g). cr were significantly higher than those in normal controls (20. 012±5. 61 U/g. cr, 12. 41±4.13 U/g. cr). Urinary NAG and GAL activities in aged with hypertension (25. 42±10.17 U/g. cr, 14. 48±6. 48 U/g. cr) and coronary heart disease (24. 80±7.84 U/g. cr, 15,21±5.82 U/g. cr) were significantly increased.
