肿瘤坏死因子对大鼠肢体血流量影响的研究

摘　　要：30只SD大鼠分A、B、C三组,B、C两组分别给予不同剂量肿瘤坏死因子,用放射性同位素法测定三组动物下肢血流量变化,结果显示:A组无变化,B组及C组血流量下降且高剂量组(C组)下降更明显.30SD rats were devided into A,B and C groups. Administering TNF to group B and C with deferent dosage and saline to group A. The blood flow of rat hindlimbs was measured with the method of radioactivitracer. Results:the blood flow decreased significantly in group B and group C and the extent of blood flow decling in group C was much greaterthan that in group B. This experimental study indicated that TNF reduced the blood flow ofextremities in rats.
