摘  要:目的研究铜绿假单胞菌(PA)多重耐药指标。方法应用美国BD公司的Phoenix100药敏条(MIC法)检测5组121株铜绿假单胞菌临床分离株的四大类七种抗菌药物的耐药性,以诊断效率评价其作为多重耐药指标的价值。结果本组121株菌,对七种抗菌药物(哌拉西林、庆大霉素、丁胺卡那霉素、复方新诺明、环丙沙星、头孢他啶、亚胺培南)的多重耐药指标的有效率分别为93.39%,90.91%,89.26%,87.60%,86.78%,55.37%,59.50%。结论哌拉西林、庆大霉素作为铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药指标的有效率均很高,哌拉西林最高,最适于作为铜绿假单胞菌多重耐药指标。Objective To study the markers of multi-resistance of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Methods To detect the susceptibility of 7 types of antimicrobiologics agents of-121 strains of PA isolates (5 groups) using MIC method (Products of BD company, USA), evaluating the value of the 7 types of agents acting as the markers of multi-resistance Pseudomonas aeruginosa by diagnostic efficiency. Results In the 121 PA strains, the diagnostic efficiency of 7 types of antimicrobiologics agents Piperacillin, Gentamicin, Amikacin, Trimmethoprim/Sulfamethoxazole, Ciprofloxacin, Ceftazidime, Imipenem is 93.39%, 90.91%, 89.26%, 87.60%, 86.78%, 55.37%, 59.50% respectively, acting as the markers of multi-resistance Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Conclusion The diagnostic efficiency of Piperacillin and Gentamicin is high, Piperacillin is highest, the best marker acting as the markers of multi-resistance Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
