摘 要:区域农业可持续发展是一个复杂的综合系统,农业可持续发展是可持续发展的基础和重要组成部分。从多目标角度,建立了针对豫北某典型区的农业可持续发展评价指标体系,为合理确定各评价指标的权重,探讨了把层次分析法(AHP)作为确定指标权重的实现过程,并运用加速遗传算法(AGA)修正判断矩阵的一致性,同时计算判断矩阵各要素排序权值,即AGA-CAHP法。应用实例表明,AGA-CAHP方法直观、简便、计算结构稳定、精度高,可在各种实际评价中应用。Regional agricultural sustainable development is a complicated system, and it is the foundation and important component of sustainable development system. In view of multiple targets, an evaluation index system for agricultural sustainable development in northern Henan Province is constituted. To quantify rationally the weight of each index of the system, an Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is applied to identify the weight of the index in this paper. In order to correct the consistency of judgment matrix in the AHP, a new method, named AGA-CAHP, is proposed to check the consistency of judgment matrix, and to compute rank weights if the judgment matrix. The results of the case study show that the AGA-CAHP method is intuitional, convenient, and stable for calculation with high precision, and it can be applied in practical evaluations.
