摘  要:通过界面张力、增溶率、吸附量以及驱油效率的测定,研究了OCS表面活性剂用于大港油田枣1219断块油藏表面活性剂驱的性能。结果表明,OCS表面活性剂用于大港油田枣1219断块油藏原油时,油水界面张力均可以达到1×10-2mN/m的数量级,最低可以达到1×10-3mN/m。在注入浓度0.5%时,OCS表面活性剂在大港油田枣1219断块岩心上的吸附量小于2mg/g油砂。室内岩心驱油试验结果表明,当OCS表面活性剂的浓度为0.5%时,OCS表面活性剂驱可比水驱提高采收率12.2%。可以满足大港油田枣1219断块油藏进行表面活性剂驱的要求。Properties of OCS surfactant were studied for application to Block 1219 in Dagang oilfield by measuring interfacial tension, solubilization capacity, adsorption amount and oil displacement efficiency. The results showed that the interfacial tension between OCS surfactant and crude oil for Block 1219 in Dagang oilfield was reduced to 10~ -2 mN/m, and the minimum value was 10~ -3 mN/m. The adsorption amount of OCS surfactant on Block 1219 reservoir sand was lower than 2 mg/g at an injection concentration of 0.5%. The OCS surfactant flooding test in lab showed that the oil displacement efficiency was 12.2% higher than that in the case of water flooding at a concentration of 0.5% OCS surfactant. OCS surfactant could measure up to the standard of oil-displacing surfactant in Dagang oilfield.
