摘 要:二水硫酸钙是油田产出水中常见的一种成垢物质,但对高矿化度油田产出水还缺乏必要的溶解度基础数据,影响了硫酸钙结垢预测的准确性。实验考察了油田采出水常见成分NaCl、KCl、Mg2+等浓度变化对CaSO4·2H2O溶解度的影响,总结了其对CaSO4·2H2O溶解度的影响规律,在此基础上依据NaCl-KCl-MgCl2混合溶液中CaSO4·2H2O溶解度数据,对25℃下油田采出水中CaSO4·2H2O的溶解度建立经验预测公式。该公式适用于以NaCl、KCl、MgCl2为主要成分、最大浓度不超过300g NaCl/L、120g KCl/L、800mg MgCl2/L的电解质溶液,涵盖了常见油田采出水。CaSO_4·2H_2O is one of the most common and important scale-forming minerals in oilfield produced water, but the mechanism of CaSO_4·2H_2O scale formation has not been revealed clearly, partly due to the lack of reliable solubility data in high salinity oilfield produced water. In this paper, experiment investigation for solubility of CaSO_4·2H_2O was conducted. Based on the experiment results, an experience model was developed to predict the solubility of CaSO_4·2H_2O in aqueous mixture solution at 25℃. The method for the establishment of experience model was introduced in detail. The predicted values of solubility are in good agreement with the experimental data. The experience model is valid for aqueous solution of NaCl- KCl- MgCl_2 with concentration respectively up to 300g NaCl /L, 120g KCl /L and 200mg Mg~ 2+ /L.
