摘　　要：目的:探讨一种安全、有效的肠道清洁剂应用于临床实际工作中。方法:取两种缓泻剂,采取随机分组法将接受结肠镜检查的病人分为A组和B组。观察用药过程中肠道清洁效果和气泡存在情况及恶心、呕吐、腹泻等副作用。结果:两组病人清洁肠道的有效率相当,但临床认可不同。结论:聚乙二醇电解质散应用于肠道准备效果满意。Objective To explore a safe and effective bowel cleaning method in clinical practice. Method Patients who accepted total colonoscopic examination were randomly divided into group A and group B. Bowel cleaning effectiveness, air bubble condition and side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and so on were observed. Results The bowel cleaning effective rate of the two groups were similar, but the clinical consents were different. Conclusion Polyethylene glycol-electrolyte powder is satisfactory to be applied in bowel preparation.
