测定慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血浆环核苷酸的临床意义

摘　　要：利用放射免疫方法测定了３１例慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血浆环核苷酸浓度，其血浆ｃＡＭＰ及ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＣＭＰ均值分别为３６．８８±２３．０４Ｐｍｏｌ／ｍｌ，６．３７±３．５２，显著高于呈对照组（９．４５±２．６１ｐｍｏｌ／ｍｌ，１．５２±０．３２）。血浆ｃＡＭＰ水平与外周血小板计数之间显著负相关（ｒ＝－０．７３０８，Ｐ＜０．０１）。同时还观察了１５例患者治疗前后血浆ｃＡＭＰ浓度，结果显示：当病情好转，血浆ｃＡＭＰ水平下降。The plasma cyclic nucleotide concentration in 31 patients with chronic ITP was detected using radioimmunoassay.The mean value of the plasma camp and cAmp/cGmp were 36.88±23.04pmole/ml,6.37±3.52 respectively and far higher than those in normal subjects (9.45±2.61pmole/ml,1.52±0.32), P <0.01, p <0.01.It was found that there was negative correlated between the plasma cAmp level and the peripheral platelet counts (r=-0.7308 p <0.01).The alteration of the plasma cAmp and the platete counts was also observed before and after treatment in 15 cases.The results showed that the cAmp level was dereased and the the platelet counts were elevated after being treatment in these cases.
