摘 要:本研究应用多项排卵监测指标对33例月经周期正常的育龄妇女,于卵泡中期、排卵日和黄体中期测定血清泌乳素(PRL)及微量元素的含量,以探讨月经周期中PRL的变化规律及其与微量元素的相互关系。结果表明:血清PRL水平在黄体中期最高,明显高于卵泡中期(P<0.05),在周期中呈递升趋势;卵泡中期血清PRL与镍含量呈正相关(r=0.5668,P<0.005),与铜负相关(r=-0.5382,P<0.01);排卵日PRL与铁呈显著正相关(r=0.6526,P<0.001);黄体中期PRL与镍呈负相关(r=-0.4364,P<0.05),且与孕酮浓度呈正相关(P<0.01)。研究提示:血清PRL水平存在周期性变化,可能与微量元素之间的相互作用和调节有关。To investigate the regulan variation of prolactin (PRL) in menstrual cycle and its relation with trace element(TE),serum PRL and TE were measured in the mid-follicular,ovulating day mid-luteal phases of 33 normal women The results showed that there were the highest levels of serum PRL in mid-luteal phases( P <0.05);A positive correlation existed between both the PRL and nickel(Ni)(n=0.5668, P <0.05) in mid-folliculan phase and the serum PRL and iron(r=0.6526, P <0.001) in ovulating day;A negative correlation existed between both the serum PRL and coppen(r=-0.5328, P <0.01) in mid-follicular phase and the serum PRL and Ni(r=-0.4364, P <0.05) in mid-luteal phase.It is indicated that the periodic variation of serum PRL in merstrual cycle may have certain interrelationship with TE,PRL in luteal phase can promote corpus luteal function and progesterone syntheses.
