摘　　要：联合压缩机是甲醇生产中的关键设备,通过对其机体内部螺栓断裂原因进行分析,认为该螺栓断裂为氢致开裂,并采取了有效的解决方案。Union compressor is an important equipment in methanol production. Because the vibration of bearing increased, the fracture bolts were found during examining and disassembly . By means of analysis the fracture bolts, the fracture reasons were found , the corresponding countermeasures were proposed.
