摘 要:本文研究了红外测温仪测温视场内,对象温度有空间分布时对红外测温结果的影响。利用点热源检测了红外测温仪视场的特征,提出了红外测温仪视场采温平均权重函数的概念,然后通过实验证明了红外测温仪视场区点热源温度的加权可叠加性。根据测得的本实验条件下的权重函数,分析了在几种温度分布情况下,测量结果与真实结果的偏差程度。理论及实验证明,可以用对红外测温仪测量值进行修正的办法来减小因视场内温度有空间分布引起的测量偏差。The measurement dispersion effect induced by non-uniform temperature in the field of view of infrared thermometer (FVIT for short) was studied. The characteristic of FVIT was examined with point heat sources. A weight function of the FVIT was defined. It was proved that temperatures from different point heat sources could be superimposed by weight function. With the acquired weight function, the differences between measured values and true values were analyzed under several temperature distribution circumstances. The results from theoretic analyses and experiments indicate that correction method for the measured values can be used to reduce the measurement dispersion.
