益肾降脂片对实验性肾阳虚小鼠IgG含量的影响

摘　　要：用益肾降脂干浸膏给正常小鼠灌胃，其ＩｇＧ含量无明显变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。而对用氢化考的松制造的小鼠肾阳虚模型，则ＩｇＧ含量明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０５），表明益肾降脂片能提高肾阳虚小鼠的体液免疫功能。Yishenjiangzhipian is an abstract from the Rolution of Yishenjiangtou(A prescription of TCM, designed by us), and it consists of Cordyceps, Gynostema Pentaphyllum, Radix Puerariae and Redix Astragali seu Hdegsari. Our previous study suggested that the mixed herbs could improve renal function and decrease hyperlipemia level in serum in patients with chronic renal failure. This study aimed to observe the effect of the herbs on the content of Ig in serum in mice with the kidney yang deficiency(a syridrome).This kind of mixed herbs was filled into the stomaches of the group of normal mice,and the result showed there was no change at the levele of IgG In serum. But, there was a significant increase in IgG in the group of mice with the kidney yang deficiency induced with hydrocortisone.This shows that yishenjiangzhipian can increase humoral immunity in mice with the kidney yang deficiency.
