摘 要:电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定高纯氧化镧中14个稀土元素杂质,镧对其它稀土元素的光谱干扰比较严重,要求光谱仪单色器有较高的分辨率。使用端视式全谱直读ICP-AES仪,选择测定波长,工作参数优化,讨论了镧和酸度的影响。大部分稀土元素测定使用曲线拟合(FACT)的背景校正方法。该方法的稀土元素氧化物检出限达到3×10^-4~0.022mg·L^-1(3σ)。In the determination of co-existing rare earth oxides as impurities in high-purity lanthanum oxide by ICP-AES as described in the GB/T standard 18115- 2000, serious spectral interference by lanthanum was encountered and the use of monoehromator of high resolution was required to solve this problem. It is reported in this paper that by the use of the axial-view whole-spectra ICP-AES equiped with eehelle grating-CCD detector of the optimized selection of analyzing spectral lines, of the application of Fast Automated Curve-fitting Technique (FACT) for background correction, and the effect of acidity of analytes, satisfactory results of 14 rare earth impurities (as oxides) in high-purity La2 03 were obtained without using high-resolution monoehromator, with their detection limits in the range of 3×10^-4 to 0.022mg·L^-1(3σ).
