生根处理对东方百合切花生长和品质的影响

摘　　要：以东方百合品种‘凝视星空’(‘Star Gazer’)为实验材料,把种球栽植于周转箱内后在8℃、12℃和16℃的温度下处理14 d;以及在12℃下分别处理0、14 d和28 d,然后再进入温室进行栽培。结果表明:12℃下处理14 d的种球其茎生根发育最好,并且植株的生长发育良好,切花的品质最佳。Lilium ＇Oriental hybrids＇ （Star Gazer） was treated with 8 ℃,12 ℃and 16 ℃ for 14 days rooting treatment, another batch was treated with 0 day, 14 days and 28 days at 12 ℃ after planted in the plastic box, then was cultivated in the greenhouse. It was suggested that stem root formation, the quality of cut flowers were mostly promoted under 12℃ for 14days rooting treatment, as well as the plant growth and development.
