摘 要:采用ELISA法检测1440名献血员的ALT、抗-HCVIgG和HBVM。结果显示:抗-HCV阳性率为5.5%,其中职业或定期献血员抗-HCV阳性率为6.6%,抗-HCV阳性率与献血员的ALT,年龄和献血次数有显著相关,且农村明显高于城市和郊区。HB-sAg阳性率为1.5%,初次献血员HBsAg阳性率为3.3%,明显高于职业献血员。抗-HBc阳性率为3.2%,抗-HBe单项的阳性为1.2%。建议将抗-HBc作为筛选献血员的指标之一。The sero of 1440 heathy blood donors(including 214 the first time blood donors) in Hefei area were tested for liver function, anti-HCV and five markers of HBV. The results showed that : 1.the postive rate of anti-HCV was 5. 5% among the total blood donors, 6. 6% in the occupational ones. The postive rate of anti-HCV have significant relation with SGPT, age of blood donors and frequence donating blood. The infection rate of HCV was higher in the rural area than in the city and suburb ; 2. the postive rate of HBsAg was 1. 5% among the total blood donors , 3. 3% in the frequent blood donors , was evidently higher than that in the frequent blood donors, 3. the postive rate of antiHBc was 3. 2% , but the postive rate of anti-HBc alone was 1. 2% which significantly lowered other reports at home. So it was practicable that anti-HBc was included in the markers screening blood donors for not lessing a lot of blood resouce.
