妊娠期高血压疾病凝血及纤溶系统的研究进展

摘　　要：妊娠期血液系统的生理变化是血液高凝和低纤溶,为预防产后出血做好了准备。妊娠期高血压疾病时则出现异常高凝状态,有关研究表明凝血及纤溶系统平衡失调在妊娠期高血压疾病发病中起重要作用。现将国外学者对妊娠期高血压疾病凝血及纤溶系统的研究进展作以综述。The physiological changes in hematological system in pregnancy include hypercoagulability and low fibrinolysis state, which prepare for preventing postpartum hemorrhage. However, patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy show abnormal hypercoagulability. Some related researches indicated that the disequilibrium between coagulation and fibrinolysis plays an important role in development of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy. We reviewed progress in foreign researches on correlation b^tween coagulation and fibrinolysis disorders and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy.
