摘  要:目的:观测白松片对慢性应激抑郁模型大鼠海马DATmRNA表达的影响,探讨白松片的抗抑郁作用机制。方法:健康成年雄性大鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、氟西汀对照组和白松片实验组,运用慢性轻度不可预见性应激配合单居复制抑郁模型,采用预防加治疗给药,观察白松片对抑郁模型大鼠海马多巴胺转运体(DAT)mRNA表达的影响。结果:白松片实验组海马DATmRNA表达的平均光密度值为1.30±0.11,低于模型对照组表达的平均光密度值1.85±0.09(P<0.05)。结论:白松片能减少抑郁模型鼠海马DATmRNA的表达。Objective: To study the antidepressant mechanism of Chinese herb BAI-SONG tablets by investigating the expressional difference of DAT mRNA in hippocampus in depression model rats. Methods: Rats were randomly divided into four groups: Control group, depression model group, BAI-SONG tablet group and Fluoxetine group. The depression model was replicated by chronic unpredictable mild stress and single house for 21 days. DAT mRNA expression in hippocampus was investigated with RT-PCR technique. Results: The value of DAT mRNA in hippocampus of BAI-SONG tablet group was less than that of depression model group; they were 1.30±0.11 and 1.85±0.09 respectively (P〈0.05). Conclusion: BAI-SONG tablets might exert an antidepressant effect through decreasing expression of DAT mRNA in hippocampus of depression model rats.
