摘　　要：介绍了一种拔销器的设计,从结构和装药设计实现拔销器小型化,对装药和回缩力进行了估算,用冗余试验验证产品设计及装药可靠性,结果表明发火与输出可靠度R>0.9953(置信度0.90)。The design scheme of a small-sized piston actuator was proposed, the structure and charge design was emphatically introduced. The thrust force of ignition powder was calculated, the powder and its mass were determined also. By redundant testing, the mass of ignition powder was verified. Test result showed that the reliability of fire and output was higher than 0.995 3（v=0.90）.
