摘 要:为研究药剂型稀土燃烧剂在不同弹种上的适用性,测试了其燃烧性能、安全性能和药柱抗压强度等使用性能参数,研究了该燃烧剂的使用方式和使用条件。试验结果表明:该燃烧剂燃烧温度可达1431℃,50g剂量持续燃烧时间4.5min,抗压强度大于14MPa;可与稠化三乙基铝燃烧剂复合装填于各种材质的纵火弹药,分散均匀,点燃率超过90%。To study the applicability of rare-earth incendiary composition in variry of ammunition, the incendiary, security and pressive strength have been tested. Its method and condition in application have been researched. The measurement results showed that the composition had high combustion temperature of I 431 "C, the burning period of 50g mass was about 4.5 minutes and the pressive strength was greater than 14MPa. Being appiied in multiform incendiary ammunition with thicked triethylaluminium, it indicated that the incendiary dispersed uniformly, igniting rate was greater than 90%.
