硼系延期药燃烧速度的影响因素研究

摘　　要：研究了硼粉纯度与铬酸钡粒度对硼系延期药燃烧速度的影响。通过正交试验得出：随着硼粉纯度的提高，延期药燃烧速度增加，纯度为97％的硼粉以及破碎处理后过200目筛的铬酸钡为最佳原材料；同时，得到了毫秒2～15段的最佳工艺条件。The influence of purity of boron powder and granularity of BaCrO4 on buming rate of boron type delay composition was researched. The orthogonal test result indicated that the burning rate increased with the increasing of purity of boron powder, the best materials for the composition were boron powder with 97% purity and BaCrO4 which was fragmented and sifted through 200^# mesh screen. At the same time, the proper process conditions of 2-15ms delay composition was obtained.
