摘　　要：为提高导爆管剪切效率,设计了导爆管数控剪切机。介绍了机械部件的结构与剪切工艺,详细描述了电气控制的设计方法;同时,对基于主从模式的集散控制管理方式进行了说明。实际运用表明该自动剪切系统提高了剪切效率及管理水平。In order to improve the shearing efficiency of cup-type lead, the numerical controlled shearing machine has been designed. The structure and shearing process of the mechanical part were introduced, and the design formula of the electric control was put forward in detail. At the same time, the management pattern of collecting and distributing was showed. The actual application of the machine indicated that it can raise the sheafing efficiency and the management level than before.
