体外循环心血管手术1014例临床分析

摘　　要：本文报道了１９８０年８月～１９９６年１月间，行体外循环心内直视术１０１４例，男４６９例，女５４５例，年龄１．５～６９岁，平均１７．６岁。主要病种为：房间隔缺损２３４例，室间隔缺损５０４例；房室共同通道２３例；主动脉窦瘤破裂２０例；法乐氏四联症５８例；心脏瓣膜病变：瓣膜成形３１例；瓣膜置换１１１例；心脏肿瘤１４例。手术效果良好，总死亡率３．７％。From Aug.1980 to Jan.1996,1014 patients open heart opentions had been performed under cardiopulmonary bypass.Among them.469 were males and 545 females.Their age range from 1.5 to 69 years(averaged 17.6 years).There were atrial septal defects (ASD)234;ventricular septal defects(VSD)504;atrioventricular canal defect (A-VC)23;ruptured aneurysm of aortic sinus (RASV)20;tetralogy of Fallot (TOF)58;valvuloplasty 31;valvular replacement 111;cardiac tumor 14.The overall mortality was 3.7%.The operative procedures and the management of the other associtated were discussed.
