摘　　要：１０３７例体外循环心脏直视手术后８种主要并发症，对其中低心排出量综合征６７例、心律失常６２例、纵隔心包内出血５３例、肺部并发症９８例、中枢神经系统并发症１２例、急性肾功能衰竭８例。This essay is reported 8 important complications following 1037 extracorporal circulatory openheart oper-ations, of these complications 67 are low cardiacoutput syndrome,62 are cardiac arrhychmia,53 are mediastinum intrapericardiac bleeding,98 ate pulmonary complications,8 are renal failure,12 are complications of centrel nerve system,3 are haemorrhagia of digestive tract and 3 are infective endocarditis.The causes of these complications are analysed.
