摘　　要：本文由"数字地球"、"数字油田"的概念,引申出建设新疆油田公司GIS平台的必要性,接着介绍了"油田空间数字平台"的组成、功能和实现技术,最后给出了采用该平台定制地面工程信息管理系统的具体应用实例。This paper introduces the necessity of constructing GIS platform in Xinjiang Oilfield Company based on the concept of 'digital earth' and 'digital oilfield'. Then it introduces the composition, function and implementation technique of 'the digital platform of oilfield space'. Finally it gives concrete examples of its application in building the information management systems of the surface works.
