摘　　要：通过对医科博士生毕业论文方向的调查,发现他们在创新性方面和国外相比尚存有差距,并就此现象进行了文化层次、创新教育和机制制约方面的探讨。The originality of medical doetorial thesis in Sichuan University was probed into and the result showed that there was a discrepancy between Chinese doctoral students and their counterpart abroad in view of originality. Further discussion focused on aspects such as cultural traditions, needs of creative thinking and creativity - motivated mechanism.
