摘  要:用电镜技术和体视学方法研究老年沙土鼠脑海马CA1区锥体细胞层和腔隙分子层神经毯内突触结构的变化,并与青年组相比较.结果显示:老年组较青年组锥体细胞层突触数减少20.94%,腔隙分子层减少12.32%;老年组腔隙分子层突触数密度为(0.568±0.074)/μm2,青年组为(0.663±0.075)/μm2;老年组锥体细胞层不清晰突触占该区突触总数的26.39%,青年组占23.93%.结果表明衰老时海马CA1区突触数目减少,不清晰突触代偿性增多,从而补偿了丢失突触的功能.Electron microscopy and serological quantitative method were used to examinethe synaptic structure change of the neuropil of the pyramidal cell layer and lacunosum-molecularlayer in the hippocampal CA1 area of the aged male gerbils.When compared with the younggroup,the results were illustrated as follows:the synapse number from the old group dropped by20.94% in the pyramidal cell layer and by 12.32%in the lacunosum-molecular layer;the synap-tic numerical density in the lacunocum-molecular layer was(0.568±0.074)/μm2 for the old and(0.663±0.075)/μm2 for the young;At the synaptic area the unclear synapses in the pyramidalcell layer accounted for 26.39%of the total sum in the senior group and 23.93%in the juniorgroup.In the hippocampus CA1 of the aged Gerbil,the results suggested,the synapses de-creased and the unclear synapses compensatively,making compensation for the function of the re-maining synapses.
