摘　　要：目的:探讨瑶医药治疗慢性前列腺炎的效果。方法:选择140例慢性前列腺炎患者。随机分为瑶药治疗组80例,西药喹喏酮组60例;治疗前后观察其前列腺炎液等指标。结果:治疗细菌性慢性前列腺炎,瑶药组与喹喏酮组比较P>0.05,但治疗非细菌性慢性前列腺炎,瑶药组与喹喏酮组比较P<0.05。Objective： To explore the effect of Yao medicine treating prostatitis. Method： Patients were randomly divided into group of Yao medicine treated and group of west medicine treated. To investigate the changes in prostatitis. Results： Prostatitis of group of Yao medicine was showed better effect than that group of west medicine （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Yao medicine is a safe and effective medicine treating prostatitis.
