摘　　要：针对世贸组织反倾销制度与竞争政策的冲突问题,国际上提出了三种主要协调方案。文章分析认为在国际层面即在世贸组织框架下对反倾销制度与竞争政策的协调应分步骤进行:第一步先将世贸组织反倾销制度作改良处理,作为近期目标;第二步则应用竞争政策来解决倾销问题,作为最终目标。与此同时提出了相关的政策建议。The international community proposed three major coordinative projects to resolve the conflict between WTO anti-dumping system and competition policy. This paper holds that coordination between WTO anti-dumping system and competition policy should be done step by step, that is, to regard reforming WTO anti-dumping system as the present step, to treat the solution of foreign dumping problem with competition policy as the final step. At the same time, it puts forward some relevant suggestions on how to coordinate WTO anti-dumping system and competition policy, for the reference of guiding Chinese government＇s participation in the amendment negotiation of WTO anti-dumping rules.
