摘　　要：中小企业是我国国民经济的生力军,也是我国出口贸易的重要支柱,但目前我国中小企业普遍存在风险意识薄弱、风险管理能力较差的现象。风险的产生有其内部原因,也有外部原因,本文主要从中小企业的内部管理中分析中小型外贸企业面临的各种出口信用风险和产生这些风险的原因及如何来管理这些风险。Small and medium enterprises are playing important roles in our national economy, as well as in import and export business. But there are common problems, such as shortage of awareness of business risks, and lack of ability to manage the risks. The risks arise both internally and externally. It needs to highly value the business risks and improve their abilities to manage it. From the point of internal management, this article tries to explain what risks of credit sales the enterprises are facing, what the causes are and how to manage them.
