尼美舒利对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的治疗作用

摘　　要：尼美舒利(Nime)0;6、3.0、15mg·kg^(-1)对佐剂性关节炎大鼠的原发性和继发性炎症反应均有明显的抑制作用,用药组继发性炎症反应的全身症状也明显减轻.而Nime对佐剂性关节炎大鼠低下的脾细胞增殖反应和腹腔巨噬细胞产生过高的IL-1活性却无明显影响,提示Nime对佐剂性关节炎大鼠无明显的免疫调节作用.本文结果表明,Nime对佐剂性关节炎大鼠有明显的治疗作用,这一作用可能与Nime有较强的抗炎作用有关.Therapeutic effects of nimesulide (Mime) on adjuvant arthritis (AA) in rats were studied. The results showed that the primary and secondary hind paw edema of AA in rats were significantly inhibited by three different doses of Nime (0. 6,3,15 mg ·kg-1) given o-rally. The polyarthritic symptoms of the whole body in AA rats treated with Nime were markedly relieved. In AA rats, however, it was found that Nime had no effect on the response of diminished Con A induced proliferation and activity of elevated IL-1. Those results suggested that Nime had therapeutic effects on AA in rats, which might be related to its an-tiinflammatory activity.
