摘 要:分析了中国石化股份有限公司天津分公司连续重整装置由0.6Mt/a扩能改造为0.8Mt/a面临的主要技术难题。在原料质量较改造前差,反应系统、再生系统、循环氢压缩机未进行改造的情况下,通过采用低积炭速率PS-Ⅵ催化剂,适当降低生成油RON,以及对塔、加热炉等进行适当的改造,满足了重整装置0.8Mt/a的处理要求。标定结果表明,重整产品液体收率、重整生成油辛烷值、纯氢产率、芳烃产率及总转化率均达到改造要求。The main technical problems during the capacity expansion of a 0.6 Mt/a CCR unit to 0.8 Mt/a in SINOPEC Tianjin Company were discussed. Since the reaction system, regeneration system and recycle hydrogen compressor kept unchanged, the revamping was mainly dealt with fractionation towers, furnaces and heat exchanger system. The running results after revamping showed by proper ad total conversion, reformate all met usti the ng the reformate octane number and applying low coke rate PS-Ⅵ CCR catalyst,the yields of reformate, hydrogen and aromatics, as well as the octane number of requirements of capacity expansion perfectly despite of worse feedstock quality.
