摘  要:在吸附温度90℃、吸附空速1.0h-1、吸附时间90min的条件下,采用负载有金属氧化物或复合金属氧化物的γ-Al2O3基吸附剂,按LADS吸附脱硫工艺,在100mL固定床试验装置上对催化裂化汽油进行了吸附脱硫试验。结果表明,γ-Al2O3基吸附剂的脱硫性能与其总酸量有关,总酸量高的吸附剂脱硫效果较好。对不同类型硫化物的脱硫效果考察试验结果表明,带侧链的噻吩更容易被吸附脱除,其中硫醚、苯并噻吩、甲基苯并噻吩的脱除率达100%。经吸附剂D处理后的精制油硫含量可由770μg/g降至244μg/g,辛烷值由89.6降至89.4,仅降低0.2个单位,芳烃含量有所下降,其它主要指标基本上没有变化。Using various γ-alumina supported metal oxide adsorbents, the investigation of removing sulfur compounds in FCC naphtha was carried out in an adsorption-desulfurization test unit with a 100 ml fixed bed reactor under the optimal LADS process conditions: an adsorption temperature of 90℃ ,an adsorption time of 90 rain and a space velocity of 1.0h^-1. The experimental data showed that using y-alumina based adsorbents the sulfur removal rate increased with the total acidity of the adsorbent. Among the various sulfur containing compounds tested, thiophene type compounds having branched chain were easy to be adsorbed, for instance, thio-ether, benzothiophene and methylbenzothiophene could be removed completely. After treating by adsorbent D,the sulfur content of FCC naphtha reduced from 770μg/g to 244μg/g,aromatic content reduced,RON dropped only 0.2 unit and other indexes were basically the same.
