摘　　要：主要提出了洞库群工程合同管理系统模型,并针对招标、合同履行、工程风险管理过程中出现的问题进行了分析与研究,提出了具体解决方法。该系统经完善后可直接在地下洞库群施工项目管理中推广应用。This thesis discussed chiefly the contract management system mode in underground structure group engineering, analyzed the problems in invitation to bid and contract performing and project risk management, brought forward methods for their solution. This system can be applied to construction project management of underground structure group engineering.
