摘　　要：目的：采用HPLC法测定补肾益骨膏中淫羊藿苷的含量。方法：选用Kromasil ODS C18柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为水-乙腈（70：30），检测波长270nm，柱温：25℃，流速0．8ml／min。结果：淫羊藿苷的线性范围为0．10～2．06μg，回归方程为Y=2131．03X-8．16，r=0．9999，平均回收率为100．32％，RSD=1．56％。结论：本方法简便、灵敏，结果准确。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determination of icarrin in Bushen YiGu Paste. Methods： The column was Kromasil ODS C,s （4.6 mm ×250 mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase was acetonitrile -water（30 ： 70）, the detection wavelength was 270nm, column temperature was 25℃ with flow rate 0. 8 ml/min. Result： The linear range of icariin was 0.01 - 1.28μg （ r = 0. 9999）, regression equation： Y = 2131.03X - 8.16, the average recovery was 100.32 % with RSD = 1.56%. Conclusion ： The method was simple and sensitive with accurate result.
