摘　　要：在研究目前人力资源系统中数据计算常用方法的基础上,根据人力资源数据计算过程的特点,利用SQL语言对数据库中数据操作的优势,提出了一种快速计算人力资源数据的方法,并利用由用户动态定义计算公式的思路,设计并实现了一个通用人力资源数据计算组件。Based on the investigation on the common ways of calculating the data of the human - resource management system, a kind of fast way of calculating the data has been put forward, according to the characteristic of the calculating process and taking the advantage of the SQL language on operation the database data. Using this fast calculating way, a universal data calculating control has been designed and carried out which can be used by the users by defining the calculating formtda by themselves.
