摘  要:结合该小区邻近长江的地理优势,分析了选用水源热泵机组作为小区空调冷热源的技术可行性,并与燃气锅炉+冷水机组和空气源热泵进行了经济性比较。结果表明,水源热泵机组初投资略高,运行费用低,投资回收期短,作为该小区集中空调系统的冷热源在技术经济上是可行的。Based on the geographical advantage of the residential quarters locating near the Yangtze River, analyses the technological feasibility of applying water-source heat pump units as the cooling and heating sources of the residential quarter, and makes economical comparison among the three schemes of water source heat pump units, gas-fired boiler plus electric refrigeration units and air-source heat pump units. As a result, the water-source heat pump unit is slightly higher in initial investment, lower in operation costs, and the reclaimed period is shorter. Therefore, for the ecological residential quarters, it is feasible in technological and economical aspects to apply water-source heat pump units as cooling and heating sources.
