摘　　要：从产品设计、生产工艺流程安排、纺纱工艺、织造工艺方面详细介绍了开发天丝灯芯条织物的全过程,为以后开发各种面料提供了切实有效的整体开发思路.结合开发天丝灯芯条织物的生产实践,制定了切实可行的生产工艺.通过调整和优化工艺参数,解决了纺纱、织造过程中遇到的技术难题,为今后开发天丝织物合理选择工艺参数提供了有价值的参考.First,the article introduces the whole process of developing Tencel lamp wick in detail concerning product design,arrangement of technological process, spinning technology, weaving technology, offering an original idea for the development of fabrics. Second, the article designs feasible production technique on the basis of the manufacturing practice Tencel lamp wick and solves the technological problems in the spinning and weaving process through adjustment and optimization of technology parameter, which provides valuable reference for the development of Tencel fabric and the subtle selection of processing parameters. Lastly, the development of Tencel lamp wick corresponds with the present fashionable trend and has potentials for marketing.
