摘　　要：结合钢筋混凝土框架结构房屋加层的工程实例,主要介绍了轻钢直接加层施工中新旧结构之间的连接、柱脚节点构造措施、施工技术要求等问题,可为类似加层改建工程提供参考.Associated with the project of adding storey on concrete frame buildings, this paper introduced the connection between old and new construction and the configuration of column base joint of lightweight steel adding story and some key techniques during construction of storey-increasing. It can also be used as reference in strengthening other buildings.
