摘　　要：随着世界经济的全球化,网上采购已成为信息领域的研究热点.研究了网上采购系统的基本理论与关键技术,以及网上采购系统分析、设计与实现的过程.网上采购对企业实施电子商务,提高管理水平和竞争能力具有重要的促进意义.Along with the globalization of the world economy, the research about E - Purchase has become the researehful focus in the IT field. This paper studies the basic theories and the key techniques of E - Purchase system, the analysis, design and implementation about E - Purchase system is deeply probed into. E - Purchase promotes the development of Electronic Commerce , the managing level and the competitive ability for the enterprise.
