摘  要:伴随着知识经济的深化,商标价值越来越深入人心。商标抢注成为时下的热点话题,从知名商标到公众人物、热点话题,都成了商标抢注者的盘中餐。本文拟从商标抢注的现象出发,讨论各种商标抢注的目的,分析我国企业在商标保护中尚存在的问题。最后指出,企业应该多角度多层次地保护企业商标,为企业提高市场竞争力打下基础。With the deepening of the knowledge economy, the trademark value is inscresingly taking root in the hearts of the people. The scramble for registering trademarks including well-known trademark, public figures and hot topics is becoming the present hot topic. This article draws up from the phenomenon of scrambling for registering trademark, discusses the goal of most of these behaviors, and analyzes our country enterprises in the trademark protection still remaining in question. Finally, the article pointed out that, each enterprise should have the multi- angles and multi-level realization of enterprise trademark protection, and build the foundation for enhancing the enterprises' competition strength in the market.
