广东跳水项目后备人才培养现状的调查研究

摘　　要：广东是竞技体育强省,后备人才培养对我国跳水项目发展有着举足轻重的作用．该文采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法进行研究分析,认为广东跳水项目呈现出“三多”,而教练员队伍、后备人才流动与就业、经费、独生子女等问题是影响该省跳水后备人才培养的主要因素．Guangdong is a powerful province in traditional athletic sports. The talents training plays an important role in the developraent of diving in China. By using the method of documentary records, interview, investigation and analysis, the results hold that coaches, the flowing of reserve talents, budget. ＂one-child＂ population policy are the main factors to influence the fostering of diving reserve talents in Guangdong.
