摘 要:以云南思茅地区141份核心种质为材料进行程氏籼粳分类及其特异性标记聚类分析,结果表明:(1)用程氏籼粳分类法把141份核心种质划为籼(13.5%)、偏籼(26.2%)、偏粳(14.2%)和粳(46.1%)4种类型;以粳稻和中间型为主,籼型较少。(2)用SSR标记聚类法把141份核心种质划为热带粳(Ⅰ)、早粳(Ⅱ)、偏籼(Ⅲ)、籼-中间型(Ⅳ)和粳-中间型(Ⅴ)5大类;Ⅴ类又可划分为籼-中间型-粳(Ⅴ-1)、粳-中间型(Ⅴ-2)和偏籼型(Ⅴ-3)共3个亚类。(3)无论是程氏籼粳分类还是SSR标记聚类均表现为不仅类间存在连续性变异,而且亚类内也呈现复杂的连续性变异;验证了思茅是云南稻种籼粳亚种的分化中心和遗传多样化中心之一,明确了海拔是籼粳分化的驱动力。141 accessions Yunnan rice core collection of Simao region in Yunnan province were clustered by Indica-Japonica classification of Cheng' s and specific markers for Indica-Japonica. The main results are as follows: (1) 141 core collection can be divided into four types according to Cheng' s index : indica (13.5%), indicaclinous (26.2%), japonicaclinous (14.2%) and japonica (46.1%) . This method primarily studies japonica and midist, minorly studies indica. (2) SSR markers cluster method can be divided 141 core collection into five types, javanica ( Ⅰ ), prematurity japonica ( Ⅱ ), indicaclinous ( Ⅲ ), indica midist (Ⅳ) and japonica midist ( Ⅴ) . Ⅴ can also be divided into three subordinate types: indica-midist-japonica ( Ⅴ - 1), japonica-midist (Ⅴ-2) and indicaclinous (Ⅴ-3) . (3) Both of classifications appear that not only among the types there exist continuous variation, but also in subordinate types.It proves that Simao is one of the center of indica's and japonica's split and genetic variety. It is suggested that elevation is the motivation of differentiation of Indica-Japonica.
