摘 要:通过对芥菜型油菜温敏核不育系“K121S”与多个甘蓝型油菜品种(系)种间杂交正反交结实性的分析,筛选可交配性较高的甘蓝型油菜亲本用于温敏核不育性的种间杂交转育研究。结果表明,正交(芥×甘)芥菜型油菜温敏核不育系“K121S”的可交配性非常高,每杂交一朵花平均可获得8.93粒饱满种子,甘蓝型油菜则以花油8号(H8)的可交配性最好,平均每花结籽数达到10.71粒。反交(甘×芥)可交配性均较低,每杂交一朵花平均仅获得0.74粒种子;常规品种以花油6号(H6)的可交配性最好,平均每花结籽数为0.22粒;核不育系以5755A最好,平均每花结籽数为3.4粒。花油8号可作为芥×甘亲本使用,甘×芥亲本以花油6号和5755A较为适宜。Crossablility of B.napus was studied through interspecific hybridization between B.juncea thermosensitive genic male sterile line "K121S" and several B.napus varieties by obverse and reverse cross method in order to transfer the TGMS to B.napus. Results showed that, there was the higher crossability in "K121S" with 8.93 seeds per flower under the method of B.juncea x B.napus, among five B.napus parents "H8" showed the best crossability with average 10.71 seeds per flower; under the method of B.napus x B.juncea, just 0.74 seeds per flower was obtained average in total seven B.napus materials, in fertility normal varieties, "H6" showed the best erossability with 0.22 seeds per flower at average, and the GMS line "5755A" was also higher erossability with 3.4 seeds per hybridized flower. Therefore, at this research "H8" , "H6" and "5755A" can be used as parents for TGMS transferring in interspecific hybridization between B.juncea and B.napus.
