摘  要:特异性是植物新品种保护中DUS测试的首要性状。通过对水稻申请品种和近似品种测试性状的特异性分析表明,就两者对应的测试性状而言,具备下述条件之一:(1)质量性状级别不同;(2)数量性状测量均值可划属不同级别,t测验显示差异显著;(3)数量性状的测量均值虽划属相同级别,但两者分布区域独立,t测验表明存在显著差异,即可判定申请品种和近似品种在该性状存在显著差异,即申请品种在该性状有特异性。To plant variety protection (PVP) , distinctness of the declared variety is the most important compare with its similar variety in the testing Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability of new plant variety. Base on the DUS-testing for rice, an analysis on the distinetness in character of new rice varieties was made. It was considered that, if there was one or more as below during the comparison between the declared variety and its similar variety, a new rice variety had distinctness in character. For the first, both qualitative characters were at different levels; Secondly, their average margin of quantitative characteristics were not at a same level and there was a significant difference between them during T-test; Three is that, ought the average margin of quantitative characteristics of them were at same level, they had different contribution and the T-test shows that the difference between both of them was significant.
