实施星火计划 为云南建设社会主义新农村提供科技支撑

摘　　要：星火计划是国家科技部组织实施的一个以依靠科技振兴农村经济的指导性科技计划。星火计划在云南省实施20年来，对云南省农业、农村经济起到了巨大的推动作用。建设社会主义新农村，更加需要星火计划的支撑，文章提出了促进云南省星火计划顺利实施的几点政策与措施。Xinghuo plan is organized and implemented by the ministry of science and technology. It is a guided plan of science and technology to development rural economy by science and technology. Xinghuo plan has been implemented in Yunnan province for more than twenty years and has played an important role in promoting agriculture and rural economy in Yunnan province. Constructing new country of social democracy need the support of Xinghuo plan. This passage puts forward some policies and measures to accelerate the implementation of Xinghuo plan in Yunnan province.
