摘　　要：介绍了太阳电池及方阵的数学模型和电路模型,特别针对用于计算机解析计算的模型进行了详细地描述。介绍了利用模型对太阳电池及方阵的特性,并进行了初步仿真,结果表明该模型能够模拟太阳电池及方阵的特性。The mathematical model and circuit model of solar cell and army were introduced in this paper, especially the analytical numeration model for computer was described in detail. The procedure of simulating the characteristic of solar cell and army with model was given. The result shows that the simulation was successful.
