摘　　要：介绍了烷基淀粉苷浆料的制备原理、方法及制备工艺条件对其浆液性能的影响,并与酸解淀粉、磷酸酯淀粉浆液性能进行了比较。This paper introduces the producing/preparing principle of the alkylpolyglucosides starch, the processing parameter＇s effect to its size properties, and also compares the size properties with acidolysis starch and phosphate ester starch＇s.
