摘　　要：针对纤维切片器在长期检测中普遍存在的制作纤维横截面切片成功率低、工作效率低、安全性较差等问题,对使用操作方法进行了改进和完善,并简单比较了切片照片的处理方法。Due to the problems, which indicate the low success, the low work efficiency and the bad security of the fiber microtome, existing in fiber measurement for a long period, we do experiments to improve and consummate the manipulation of the fiber micrntome. Also the viewing methods of the slices＇ photos were simply compared in the article.
