摘　　要：改革开放以来,新疆农业与农村经济取得了快速增长,农民收入显著提高,农业生产条件明显改善。本文通过对新疆农业金融资源构成与变动情况的实证分析,揭示农业金融资源对农业与农村经济增长的推动作用,并指出不同金融资源对农业与农村经济支持的特征。Since opening and reforming, Xinjiang agriculture and country economy has grown quickly than before. Income of the farmer has increased obviously. The condition of agricultural production has been improved clearly. The paper shows that agricultural financial resources is the pushing power of the growth of the agriculture and country economy, through empirical analysis of components and changes of agricultural financial resources in Xinjiang. It also points out that different financial xesources show different features to the agriculture and country economy.
